Make time in your life for Self-Maintenance. In this workshop we will be clearing and strengthening your heart field. We will remove energetic blocks and repair the damage to your light bodies so that you can move forward in grace.
Letting go of old pain, hurt and betrayal frees up a lot of energy that can be used more constructively in your life. We will use various techniques - guided meditation, sound, mantra, breath, forgiveness etc
