I understand that practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment provided by a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I see a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I have.
The Life Centre provides a booking service for a range of treatments that are performed in each and every case by independent self-employed professional practitioners ("Independent Practitioners"). In providing this booking service, The Life Centre acts as the agent of these Independent Practitioners.
Full payment for the Treatment is due at the time of the appointment.
By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information.
Once your booking is accepted and confirmed, you will receive confirmation of your appointment by email.
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is more.
